We rented this house as well as four others, for our mini-destination wedding in Bella Vista, AR. Essentially, this house was “Wedding Headquarters”. Bride, Groom, and primary members of the wedding party stayed in this house. We could not have picked a better home. It was fantastic. The property is clean, well maintained. The owners are super friendly and very accommodating. It was a privilege for us to stay in their home.
The people who stayed in this house were extremely impressed and really enjoyed their time here. There are five very well appointed bedrooms and each bedroom has its own bath. The view of the lake from the house is beautiful. The game room with the air hockey, fuss ball and Pac Man arcade style video game was a huge hit with both the adults and the children. I just can’t say enough good things about this home or the owners. Even though I had rented four other houses for other guests (all of which were very nice), everyone wanted to “hang out” in this house because it was just so spectacular. If I could give this house 6 stars, I would give it 7! Can’t recommend this property enough. Already thinking about coming back to celebrate our 1st anniversary. I want to extend a special thank you to the owners for helping to make our wedding in Bella Vista a truly memorable event that we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

My siblings and I get together every other year. We come from Illinois, Colorado, Florida and S. Carolina. This year we chose The Lake House on Bella Vista, Ark. It was wonderful.
From the time of arranging our visit until we got home our experience couldn’t have been better! Owners David and Connie were great – wonderful communication and care for ours needs. Always available! The house is absolutely amazing! Everyone had there own room and bathroom! We also took advantage of the large living room for our music night – the great enclosed porch for quiet conversations and the awesome deck on the lake for a fantastic view! Our small dogs were welcome and enjoyed our family time with us. The surrounding areas were fun also as we did some touristy things as well.
This property is VERY HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED!!

We just returned from our 4th year of spending 11 days at this awesome home . David and Connie have created a wonderful home environment in this beatiful 5 bedroom. 5 bath home. The beds are wonderful, the kitchen has everything you need, including a second refrigerator/freezer for the overflow of having 10 to 13 people to feed. The downstair den is perfect for the kids/teenagers in the group with plenty of seating, games, big screen TV for gaming, etc. The upstairs gameroom has air hockey table, soccer and a packman video game. All bedrooms have a TV and electric fire place for those cool nights, and a connected bathroom.
The dock on the lake is perfect for relaxing, fishing, sunbathing, or just sitting on the swing with your morning coffee watching the sunrise, or with your glass of wine in the evening watching the sunset. Yes, we will be back next year, and hopefully many years to come. Published Jun 22, 2019
Perfect Place for Family of TEN

I have had the pleasure of staying in this home for the past ten years. During that time we have vacationed in the winter and summer months and have found both to be equally awesome.
On hot summer days we have thoroughly enjoyed the lake with skiing and tubing for the whole family (ten people). If you are familiar with Bella Vista then you know that the ease of getting to the lake is not the same. Some are very hazardous, but this home has a gentle green yard making access extremely easy. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the quiet neighborhood and relax in the shade in one of the hammock chairs. The grill on the upper deck is especially nice and convenient.
During the winter, we tend to spend more time indoors. My extended family consist of six adults (3 married couples) and four children and we love that the couples have a private place to call home (we have a bedroom that we declare to be our own and stay in the same one each time!). The cousins divide into boys and girls and also have their own bedrooms. With the two large living rooms we are easily able to all gather together or divide if we want to do different activities.
There is literally not a bad spot to be inside the home with comfortable bedrooms each with their own TV, their own bathrooms, an awesome game room and beautiful views of the lake from almost every window of the house. There is a large kitchen table as well as additional table in the Bella Vista room, right off the kitchen.
I can’t recommend this home enough! If I could give it ten stars I would. There isn’t anything that I would change, but if there were something the owners would be grateful to hear about it. Each time I have visited there has been some form of improvement from the previous time. The home owners are warm and personable but not intrusive in my vacation. It has been a pleasure booking with VRBO and my correspondence with the home owners were professional and accommodating my needs. Thank you!! Published Jan 12, 2018
