An Extremely Spacious and Comfortable House with Fabulous Views of the Lake

“The Lake House at Bella Vista” is a spacious five-bedroom, five-bath 3900-square-foot lake home with a private dock located on beautiful Loch Lomond, Bella Vista’s Largest Sport Lake. It has breath-taking lake views from almost every room with high speed internet and HD cable TV provided. The backyard has 150 feet of shoreline with a gentle slope to the private dock. Rates are $410 a night for four guests. Each additional guest is $10.00 extra per night. After pre-approval, dogs 25 pounds and under accepted, with a fee of $25 per dog, per night.

The home comes complete with linens, towels and comfort for all. It is laid out for fun and coziness for all seasons with 8 TVs and 8 Fireplaces. The large, upstairs living room is loaded with comfortable seating with wonderful lake views, a gas fireplace, and a 65″ LCD/HD TV. The downstairs den has additional comfortable seating, a game table, 70″ LCD/HD TV and a gas fireplace. Each bedroom has it’s own TV, electric fireplace and private bathroom with a vanity, toilet and tub/shower. The Upstairs Master Suite features a comfy king size bed, a sitting area with two Lay Z Boy recliners and a wonderful view of the lake. The Downstairs Master also offers a great king bed and a sleeper sofa with the view of the beautiful lake. A third bedroom also has a king size bed and a sitting area. Two bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and sitting areas. One also has a twin and another has a comfortable futon for seating or sleeping.

The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the conveniences for home cooking. Two dining areas which accommodate large gatherings.

The game room is enjoyed by kids of all ages with Video Arcade, Foosball and Air Hockey tables.

The comfort spills over to the outside with an upstairs deck, downstairs deck includes propane fire pit for cozy evenings and views of the lake. The upper deck is equipped with a Weber Grill all gassed up and ready for your outdoor feast. All have relaxing patio furniture.

The house provides spaces for intimate small group times and exciting large group interactions all in a beautiful, comfortable setting.

Spectacular natural beauty surrounds four distinct seasons with each bringing a refreshing new look. Bella Vista is a land of scenery including rivers, lakes and streams accompanied by numerous hiking and bike trails, providing a truly natural experience.

Bella Vista features pickle ball courts in three separate complexes. We furnish Guest Passes so our guests can enjoy complete use of Bella Vista’s facilities and other amenities.

Bella Vista is a golf haven where you can enjoy six 18-hole and two nine-hole golf courses rated among some of the best in Arkansas. With green fees on all 18-hole golf courses to fit most budgets.

Bella Vista boasts some of the best fishing in Northwest Arkansas on seven lakes stocked with bass, catfish, crappie and other pan fish. This house allows fishing and swimming right from the boat dock. Beaver Lake and the White River are less than 60 minutes away and provide spectacular striper and trout fishing as well.

Cultural activities are available in each community, and Broadway productions, exhibits, etc. are available at the Walton Arts Center in Fayetteville. Northwest Arkansas also offers several art galleries, studios and diverse fine arts at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Downtown Bentonville where 250,000 visitors are expected to visit each year. Shoppers are treated to quality handmade arts and crafts, antiques and fine arts during the Fall and Spring Craft Fairs in Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, Bentonville and Bella Vista.

Branson, MO, the home of Silver Dollar City, is loaded with Family Entertainment is only two hours away. It makes for a fun day trip.
